Originally from Orlando, Kim moved to the Virginia Beach area in 2006 for a new adventure and began her career in the mortgage industry in 2009. She specializes in an elevated and personalized homebuying experience with first time homebuyers, investors, new construction, and jumbo financing.

She believes communication is key. Clients should never have to wonder where they are in the process. She treats her clients like family and helps them find the right fit to reach their short term, long term, and lifetime financial goals.
