Jesse Hutcheson

With nearly two decades of marketing experience as well as a background in residential construction, I bring helpful knowledge of construction and home repair to serve our buyers and a deep understanding of how to properly market a home for sale when helping our clients with the selling process. This experience, along with my relentless drive to go above and beyond for my clients, allowed me to be ranked in the top 1% of agents (out of 9000) in Coastal Virginia in just my second full year in the industry.

I graduated from Christopher Newport University where I was awarded the Dean's Service Award for Outstanding Community Outreach for an Individual. I am married to my wife, Ashley. Together we have a daughter named Mary Anne and a chocolate lab named Pearson. When not selling homes or spending time with my family, I enjoy fishing on the Chesapeake Bay.

I’m an active member of the Hampton Roads community, having served in various roles with the City Center Rotary Club, Mariners’ Museum fundraising committee, Peninsula Fine Arts, Emerging Leaders Society at the United Way of the Virginia Peninsula, the Christopher Newport Alumni Society Board of Directors and founded the Moberg Endowed Scholarship, which supports first generation college students at CNU.
